Reporting a problem

• which app, and which version
• your iOS version
• what you were doing when the problem happened

Yearly Highlights

Where is my data stored?

On your device only. There are no accounts and no cloud sync. See the privacy policy for details.

Will my highlights survive a new phone?

Only through an iCloud or iTunes device backup. There is no separate export yet.

Can I add a highlight without knowing the exact date?

Yes. When adding a highlight, tap No date and it is filed by year alone. To bring in a batch of older entries at once, use Import past highlights in Settings. Undated highlights are grouped under “Sometime in <year>” and sort at the end of that year.

Can I search across past years?

Yes. Searching from the main screen looks through every year you have recorded, not just the current one.

How does the review scheduling work?

Cards you find easy come back less often; cards you get wrong come back sooner. You do not need to configure anything.

Can I change the daily question?

Yes. Questions can be edited, added to, or turned off in the app's settings.
